Enel Global ICT is seeking for a talented person for a position as team leader in ICT Solution Center dedicated to the development of Business Support Systems, aimed at the management of commercial lifecycle, to support the offer of products and services for the new Enel X Global Business Line.
The offer will include complex service and products for B2C, B2B and B2G customer segments.
The IT Agile Business Analyst plays a critical role, collaborating with the Project Manager to conduct Projects of transformation, facing the business to translates business requirements into solutions , working on the end to end of the entire commercial and technical lifecycle, balancing the highest level of efficiency within processes with simplicity, reusability and robustness typical of standard solutions.
Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability;
Analyze Business Models, design Processes to standardize workflows, interpreting needs and traducing business requirements into standard solutions;
Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
Project description (Role and Responsibilities/tasks):
Understand and translate business requirements into a standard solution maximizing usability and simplicity and robustness of defined solutions.
Applicate agile methodologies, helping the organization to adapt classical model of work to new tools and trends.
Collaborate in planning, researching and designing robust integrated solutions in the framework of target application architecture, assuring the end to end processes from Front Office and Back Office Systems.
Collaborate in creating new ways to solve existing integration issues.
Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; preparing the cost estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
Support in responding to functional issues during each stage of a projects lifecycle.
Interfacing with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver.
Assist in preparing cost estimates and identify integration issues for solutions at global level.
Collaborate in evaluating new products and technologies that can enhance the support to the evolution of Business offer, in accordance with the evolution of IT global strategy.
Highly motivated and is at ease with handling or managing multiple tasks at any one time.
Knowledge of most of the following:
Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.
Cloud technologies and AWS main offering and related functionalities.
Business analysis and process design of customer centric companies
Functional knowledge of Front End processes in complex enterprises
Knowledge of Salesforce solutions (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Partner and Customer Community, Wave Analytics), will be considered a plus
Required functional and technical experience in project with a component of integration between systems, in particular with back end based on SAP
Direct knowledge of API Technologies (eg. Tibco, WSO2, Mulesoft, CA, etc.) will be considered a plus
Languages and level: English: full professional proficiency or above; Italian: full professional proficiency or above; Spanish: is a plus
